Rockcorry Community Development Association (RCDA) warmly welcomes the announcement of funding approval for the development of 21 new social homes at An Creagán, Rockcorry.

This significant investment is very much aligned with RCDA’s overarching aim of supporting the regeneration and sustainable development of Rockcorry village and the wider Ematris area. The provision of new homes represents an important investment in the future of our village and has the potential to make a positive contribution to the long-term sustainability and vitality of the community.

RCDA believes that developments such as this can play an important role in supporting the growth of Rockcorry, providing much-needed housing and helping to ensure that the village remains a vibrant and attractive place in which to live, work and raise a family.

We look forward to working constructively with Monaghan County Council and GEDA Construction as the project progresses and to supporting efforts to bring the development to fruition. We hope that this project will deliver lasting benefits for both the new residents and the wider Rockcorry and Ematris community.

The approval of this development is a positive step forward for Rockcorry and demonstrates what can be achieved when investment, local authority support and community involvement come together.

RCDA looks forward to continuing to work with local authorities, businesses, community organisations and residents to identify opportunities that will contribute to the regeneration and development of our village.

Together We Can Make A Difference.
