The goal of the RCDA is to help implement the vision plan and to make plans, develop policies and provide facilities that will enhance the village for all sectors of the community. Membership is open to all members of the community and we would encourage everyone to sign up to ensure their voice is heard and that they have voting rights at all general meetings.
