Rockcorry Community Development Association (RCDA) ran a very successful Darts Tournament in Fitzpatrick’s Bar, Rockcorry on Saturday last, 3rd January. With players coming from far and wide to participate in Singles Competitions for both Beginners and Advanced, there was something there for everyone in what proved to be a great evening of fun, skill, and community spirit.

An amazing seventy players in total participated. Sincere thanks to all who either played in or donated to this fundraiser. Your individual contributions have the potential to draw down multiples of that amount when applications are submitted to various funders like Monaghan CoCo, the Department of Rural and Community Affairs, Clar, Leader etc. These funds will be used to support various projects (eg., recreational facilities, walkways, etc) as outlined in the Rockcorry Vision Plan 2030. Your support is hugely appreciated.

Also big thanks to Fitzpatricks Bar and Lounge for their great hospitality in hosting the event, preparing the venue and providing the food.
